Job Description
You will be working in a busy, bustling and lively department with constant telephone contact with new and existing clientele.
- Register all applicants in line with company standards
- Sending out brochures of new properties using the database, carry out canvassing activities in accordance with company requirements
- Make appointments effectively using the diary in a manner to maximise all opportunities
- Identify buyers in a position to proceed with purchase
- Accurately record all details of conversation with clients
- Meet targets set and agreed with the Branch Manager
- Be punctual always, presenting yourself and your work area in a neat and tidy business - like manner
- Conduct the Company’s Estate Agency business in compliance with the EAA 1079 PMA 1991
All members of staff may be called upon to carry out other duties to meet the needs of the branch.
As a property agent, you will need: excellent spoken and written communication skills, IT skills, negotiation, sales and marketing skills, the ability to make good working relationships with a wide range of people, good market knowledge, the ability to work under pressure with good organisational skills.
