Job Description
- To provide general and specific administrative support for the department
- Preparation of operation and maintenance documentation
- Assist in completion of supplier questionnaires
- Collate KPI information and update spreadsheets
- Maintain subcontractor documentation
- Assist with internal auditing
- Maintain equipment and tool logs
- Attend relevant meeting and take minutes when required
- Method statement document setting up
- Maintain training records and organising refresher training
- File all waste transfer notes
- Flexible approach to work and training
- Respond to and prioritise in order of importance all enquiries
- To work alongside and support other departments and colleagues when required
Additional duties:
- Assist managers with any other tasks that you are trained and capable of carrying out as and when required

- Proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel and Word

- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
- Managing multiple and changing priorities and working to deadlines
- Developing and improving administrative systems to improve efficiency
Future Prospects :
The possibility of a permanent position upon the completion of the apprenticeship.
