You can expect a varied workload. Alongside general administration duties, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career by providing absence cover for Administration Assistants within the team.
On a day to day basis, you will be:
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
- Managing the filing for the teams, including archiving, destruction and retrieval of files
- Storage and retrieval of documents, scanning to database and photocopying
- Handling the day to day telephone enquiries, taking messages and assisting both internal and external clients where you can
- Typing letters and documents for both teams when necessary
- Preparing forms and paperwork necessary for client files, including file opening and closing
- Carrying out any reasonable duties as may be directed by the Partners/Management/Team Members of the firm
- Ensuring all communications are recorded on the client files and case management system
