As Site Operations Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll oversee all the brand units on site, inspiring Unit Business Managers and their teams to give exceptional customer service and deliver great business results.

Your experience
You’ll have an impressive track record as a manager in a multi-branded retail or catering environment. And you’ll need experience leading large, diverse teams, inspiring them to hit challenging sales and service targets. You will also have completed or be on the High Potential Programme.
