Float Planet is offering a fantastic opportunity to the right candidate, to join their vibrant new team providing wellness and relaxation as an Apprentice Client Assistant.
Your job role will include;
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Checking clients in through our online system see if they have paid, or owe any money, or have booked using a voucher.
- Cleaning rooms before and after clients have used them.
- Communicating with how individual client's float experience was to them, to gage if there is anything we can improve on for future visits.
- Offering refreshments to clients in the chill out area after floats
- Keeping the refreshments area stocked and clean
- Answering the phone to new and existing clients
- Completing inventories - towels, ear plugs etc.
- Possible social media input.
L2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
As an apprentice you will be enrolled on a Level 2 Customer Service qualification. This will include assessments in maths and English.

Future Prospects :
Following successful completion of the Apprenticeship continued employment with Float Planet will be encouraged, and further qualifications may be available from Babcock Training.
