A fantastic role in a professional and friendly accountancy firm.
Key duties will include:
- Assisting the staff and Partners with administrative duties
- Being first point of contact for the business, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors into the business - reception duties
- Writing up letters and documents for staff members, normally using set-up templates
- Photocopying, filing and scanning documents
- Organising the post and taking to the local post office
- Completing stationery orders
- Placing on-line orders and taking deliveries of supply shopping
- Assisting the current Administrator with her duties surrounding information systems and database maintenance
- As you become more competent and knowledgeable in this role there may be the opportunity to expand your role into other financial and statutory areas

Skills Required :
- The successful candidate will need to be IT Literate and have good knowledge using the Microsoft Office Suite
