Job Description
The role will be office based but there may be occasional need to travel to clients or events and exhibitions.
Full training will be provided.
Main responsibilities:
- assisting with the day-to-day sales tasks, processing orders and payments from customers
- following up and posting brochure requests from customers
- answering e-mail inquiries and incoming calls
- adding website orders to our database
- processing returns and liaising with customers
- making up gift boxes and allocating stock to them
- processing tickets and credit notes on our stock system

- Demonstrates an enthusiastic and friendly approach
- Can remain calm when under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative to drive own sales performance against agreed personal targets
- Is able to work within a small team
- Has a willingness to learn new skills and undertake appropriate training
- Is willing to undertake all tasks required, including maintenance and cleaning
Skills Required :
- Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), email and the internet
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a good standard of numeracy and literacy
