Job Description
Your role as an apprentice Business Administrator will be to assist the recruitment and administration teams in their day-to-day duties whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
- Assisting the admin team with data entry (registers, learner voice, learner destinations).
- Reviewing and distributing incoming post and processing outgoing mail and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings and attending meetings for minute taking, typing correspondence and assisting with the production of business documents, printing, photocopying, filing, and other general administration.
- Making and receiving telephone calls.
- Providing a high quality service to our members/customers and to internal colleagues and visitors to our offices.
- To actively and enthusiastically work towards achieving the Business Administration Apprenticeship as agreed in your individual learning plan.

Skills Required :
- The ideal candidate will have a confident & professional phone manner.
- You must be well organised and have excellent communication skills as you will be required to communicate both verbally and in writing with external companies.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
Future Prospects :
Once your Level 3 business administration course is completed, your role within the company will be discussed. Ideally you would remain as a full time employee.
