Job Description

Roaming Activities Coordinator

Salary: £360-£415 x 45 hours per week

Camps: Ark Academy (Wembley), Christ's School (Richmond), Claremont Fan Court School (Esher), Colfe's School (Lee), Croydon High School (South Croydon), Halstead Prep School (Woking), Mayflower High School (Billericay), Mill Hill School (Mill Hill), St Helen's School(Northwood), UCS (Hampstead) and Ursuline Prep School (Wimbledon)

As a Roaming Activity Coordinator your responsibilities will be to drive to our camps delivering sessions to groups of children. All of our camps are situated around the M25, so experience of driving in and around London would be a strong advantage.

You will work strictly to a structured timetable, and liaise with the Operations Director and the Camp Directors of each camp. Your role will also include other operational duties.

About you:

  • Over 21
  • Available to work during 1st April to 18th April
  • Be a UK/EU citizen and have lived within the EU continuously for the last 3 years
  • A full Drivers Licence
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Archery/Quads are desirable
  • Passionate, energetic and motivated
  • Experience working with children and young people

At 15 great camps based across London and the Home Counties, we make sure children are cared for in a safe and happy environment, while trying new activities and making new friends! We’ve been caring for children for over three decades and continue to be an excellent service to parents to provide childcare over the school holidays. All of our camps are fun filled, and we’re experts in making the school holidays extra special.

Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide 2 professional references. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with Camp Beaumont.

Qualifications

  • If successful, you must have permission to work in the UK by the start of your employment
  • You must have a UK driving licence
  • You must be able to speak English fluently
  • You must be currently living within a commutable distance of this vacancy
