We are looking for a dedicated, eager and willing apprentice to be trained as an office administrator within a variety of our daily disciplines. This will include but not limited to:
- Reception duties to include answering the phone and dealing with clients coming into the office
- Photocopying, Faxing
- Maintaining/Ordering sufficient stationery stock
- Filing/Retrieving
- Dealing with suppliers
- General assistance to other members of staff

- Well presented and polite
- Ability to take the initiative
- Confident at dealing with people at all levels
- Reliable and adaptable
- Willingness to take on challenges and to push oneself further
- Motivated and keen to learn new skills
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Skills Required :
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of IT
- Professional telephone manner
- A willingness to learn, must be a quick learner and have good attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to use their initiative and thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
Future Prospects :
- Successful candidate will receive training in multiple disciplines and we are looking for an allrounder that can support all or any of our departments on completion of training
