Job Description
As our ‘Apprentice Superstar’, you will be assisting with various system housekeeping projects, along with experience within our customer service and finance teams. You will also assist the marketing and sales team when necessary.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- assisting the finance and customer service managers with the housekeeping and general upkeep of the customer database system
- assisting the finance manager and credit controller with invoices, expenses, general filing, day books, and Intrastats
- during busy periods, absence, and holiday, assisting the customer service team to process orders by e-mail and phone
- contacting customers to ensure satisfaction
- arrange invoices and delivery notes for customers
- assist marketing with research
- assist the office co-ordinator with organising staff social events
- assist the office co-ordinator with administrative tasks and projects
