Job Description

Are you known for being organised? Do you love to bring people together and get things working properly? Do you like numbers and systems? If you do then this could be a great role for you. While the tasks you will complete will vary initially, once you have completed your Degree you will be given the opportunity to move forward in one specific area (Finance, Admin, PA to Directors, HR or Recruitment) at Executive, Senior and Manager level with a pathway to Director 



Working closely with the Directors and the wider team you will be responsible for:




  • Reformatting CV documents

  • Compiling compliance files

  • Managing office filing systems

  • Managing the upkeep of the office and reception area

  • Data entry and scanning for accounts and recruitment systems

  • Managing holiday requests, HR and internal documents

  • Assisting the Director with research, marketing and business projects

  • Assisting with accounts activities


Personal Qualities :

  • Coachable - there's lots to learn and we're reasonable enough to know that you will make mistakes - we need to see that you can learn from mistakes, take on board constructive feedback and continually look to improve your

  • Ability to self-manage (we're not the type to micro-manage so we need you to be able to manage your own time)

  • Committed to learning (it is a Degree programme after all!)

  • Great sense of humour (we live to have fun while we work)



Skills Required :

As the team is still fairly small (but growing fast) you will definitely need to be someone that can change gears quickly dealing with a very varied work schedule. Alongside this we will be looking for:




  • Previous experiene or natural ability to work in an organised way with several different systems (Microsoft Office, Adobe, Xero and more)

  • Natural talent for organisation and planning (if you love a to do list and tidy desk you're half way there!)

  • £16,000 - £21,000
