Job Description
Duties will include:
- To assist in the preparation and cooking of hot & cold food within the kitchen
- Use appropriate kitchen equipment as required
- Help to clean any equipment within your remit following health and hygiene and food safety legislation and procedures
- Assist colleagues in setting-up and closing the kitchen
- Assist with completing kitchen documentation
- Ensure high standards of personal appearance and hygiene are up kept
- Assist in ordering stock and wastage control
- Work as part of a team
- Deliver high standards of customer service at all times

- Good time keeping and can prioritise work load
- Honest and trustworthy
- Good standard of personal hygiene, presentation and time management skills

Future Prospects :
On the successful completion of the apprenticeship we hope there will be the option for a full-time position within our team.
Candidates may have the opportunity to progress to Level 3 Chef de Partie Standard.
