Job Description
To learn how to provide administrative support to a Sales Team in a high-pressure, international environment.
Main Tasks
• Support the Sales Representatives to ensure Partner Agents have all the marketing materials and support required to promote our courses.
• Process and maintain an accurate record of agent bookings and invoices.
• Work closely with the Sales and Admissions Manager to ensure all bookings are kept up-to-date and any changes are communicated to colleagues.
• Produce visa invitation letters and any other supporting documentation requested by the Sales Representative.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of agents, agreements, visa letters and any other sales documentation requested by the Sales Team.
• Assist with general office administration in the Office Manager’s absence including; answering the telephone, welcoming visitors, franking mail and collecting post.
• Maintain the CRM.
• Matching the GEMA booking system.
• Check missing information.
• Complete ad-hoc projects set by the International Sales Team, Sales and Admissions Manager or Commercial Director e.g. student weeks, cleansing the contacts database etc.

KEY FACTS
- Mentor: Sales and Admissions Manager.
- Six Months: 11th February 2018 – 11th August 2018.
- 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30 with a one-hour lunch). Hours may vary to meet business’ demands.
- Accommodation included (Single or twin room subject to availability, shared bathroom).
- Full Board Monday-Friday included, and a weekend food cash allowance provided.
