Job Description
Whether you have a passion for data analytics, cyber security or innovative technology generally, you’ll be part of an expert team helping our clients better manage the technological aspect of their businesses. You’ll get hands-on experience from day one, gaining skills to build a rewarding career and learning from some of the best in the business, all while you work towards a professional qualification.
What is Technology at EY?
Our Technology teams combine digital know-how with advanced tech to help clients understand and transform their businesses.
What will you be doing?
We offer four programmes in Technology:
- Financial Services Cyber Security where you can work with banks, insurers and other financial institutions to protect them from cyber threats
- Forensic Technology and Discovery Services – Data Analytics where you can help companies facing disputes or investigations build a clear picture of what’s happened
- IT Risk Assurance – Data Analytics where you can help companies test their IT processes, systems and controls, and show them where to make improvements
- Transactions - Data Analytics where you can use technology to uncover where organisations can manage their business more effectively
Throughout each of these programmes, you’ll work on real client projects and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, some of which might lead to professional qualifications, too. Above all, you’ll be supported to grow and take on more responsibilities in your work, as the programme progresses.
You’ll gain Professional qualifications with various institutes, including the ICAEW and CompTIA Security+, or industry training or qualifications in SQL, data visualisation and more
Locations: Edinburgh, London
Programme duration 2–3 years, depending on which area you choose
