Job Description

Our client, a growing and prestigious Training Provider in Wales are recruiting for an experienced Business Account Executive to join their busy and experienced team in Cardiff. You will identify and establish new business opportunities and develop strong and lasting client relationships. You will also account manage employer relations over a geographic area to fully sell the companys services.

Salary: 22,000 - 25,000

Candidates must have a full, clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

Location: Cardiff

The Role:

* To identify and establish new opportunities to sell the companys products and service, including sales calls, cold calling and mail shot activities
* Management of a portfolio of customer accounts via the establishing and maintaining of relationships with a wide range of SMEs, agencies and larger organisations
* Arranging and attending new and existing client meetings, to identify new business opportunities and to maintain good working relationships
* Negotiating placement terms, conditions and fees
* Maintain and keep employer records up to date, including the tracking of employer progression
* Dealing with speculative calls, new enquiries, aftercare and service calls in a timely, professional manner
* Commercial awareness of business opportunities arising in the local labour market and adopt a proactive approach to new business generation
* To develop existing client relationships thorough account management
* Delivering presentations to prospective, new and existing clients and other stakeholders
* To develop a good understanding of client companies and their working culture and environment
* Identifying new clients, vacancies and apprenticeship training opportunities
* To achieve sales targets in line with key performance indicators
* To identify and follow up on new business leads
* To cross sell the companys products to new and existing clients
* To produce reports on weekly activities and other performance outcomes as required

The Person:

* Must have experience of working in a target driven commercial environment
* Experience in business relationship environment, customer service and sales
* Networking skills
* Excellent presentation and report writing skills
* Must have a full driving license and access to own vehicle
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* IT iterate
* Welsh speaker would be highly desirable
