Your job role will require working in a very fast paced department which supports all other branches within the midmarket division of Banner for Stoke/Loughborough/Swindon/Bradford. Banner have great opportunities available to the right candidate!
- Liaising with customer on a day to day basis
- Liaising with all other areas and departments within the business
- Dealing with all service issues like collections, shortages and picking errors
- Taking and making calls to customers.
- Working to strict SLA’s
- Learn and develop as you go
- Learn how all the functions of the company work together
