Job Description

To ensure the day to day management and operation of PE, Sports and FItness runs smoothly accross both College sites whilst delivering friendly and efficient customer service at the highest standards to both students and staff.



The job will involve:




  • Fitness assessments, consultations and introduction sessions for students and staff

  • Demonstrating activities for members to follow

  • To take an active role inthe plannning and delivery of sporting enrichment activities and respond to student feedback on enrichment provision

  • In line with health and safety supervise staff and students to make sure they are exercising safely and effectively

  • When on duty act as a point of contact for staff and students dealing with any problems or concerns

  • Complete health and safety checks as and when directed

  • General housekeeping duties in the club, making sure that facilities are kept to a clean and professional standard

  • Maintain a high level of commitment to your studies and share your progress with your line Manager

  • Ensure that the work dress code is adhered to and maintain a good level of personal hygiene

  • Take part in any promotional activity

  • To be willing to work unsocial hours on occasions to assit with College events 

  • Any other reasonable task as directed by Manager
