Job Description
Working as part of a team the key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing shift bookings and checking in workers for their shifts
- Building relationships with both the workers and the client
- Attending weekly factory and labour meetings
- Providing performance feedback to workers
- Managing worker absences and holidays
- Working with the recruitment team, helping with the recruitment and induction of new workers
- Administration duties and assisting with payroll
- Any other relevant duties

- The commitment to complete the apprenticeship programme
- To use initiative and take responsibility for daily decision making

- Flexible
Skills Required :
- Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients & workers
- A high level of organisational skills
