Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who has a passion for working with children but is lackingthe skills, confidence and qualifications needed to begin working in the childcare sector.Working with children requires good communication skills, a caring nature and someone who is willing to gain valuable work experience to progress into an apprenticeship.



Our traineeship programme is designed to develop the candidate's knowledge, skills, and confidence while providing valuable work experience and exclusive access to apprenticeship opportunities. This is a government-funded training programme with no financial commitment required by the candidate, however, candidates will be expected to commit to the full 8 week programme and to follow attendance and behaviour policies as within the workplace.
