Job Description
Duties include:
- Assist the Compliance Manager in checking candidates details
- Entering details to in house data base system (MatchMaker)
- Create and monitor candidate training
- Arrange training and liaise with candidates to ensure they complete relevant courses
- Ensure details of training are logged and notify the Director of costs to payroll deductions
- Carry out monthly registration checks, recording and reporting anomalies to Compliance Manager and or Branch Manager
- Ensure candidate details are filed correctly
- Assist Compliance Manager in sending out application forms and monitoring return
- Ability to create spreadsheets to accommodate requests from Branch Manager/Compliance Manager
- Assist Sales Team in bookings when department is busy
- Assist Accounts Manager inputting timesheet details to data base system

Skills Required :
- Administration experience
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Data entry
- IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages and Outlook
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
Future Prospects :
On completion of a successful apprenticeship a permanent role may be available for the right candidate.
