Job Description
As a Chef de Partie Apprentice you will be required to cover all sections of food production in the kitchen, ensuring guest satisfaction and company standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- To prepare all food for service
- To assist the Sous Chef in planning and organising all banquets
- To report any H&S hazards to the Executive Chef
- Ensure that all goods received are put away as soon as they arrive
Full training will be provided both on site and one day release to college
Personal Qualities :
Team player, assisting other team members when necessary.
Treat members of the team as you would expect to be treated.
Skills Required :
- Good communication skills
- Able to work as a team
- An interest in pastry would be beneficial
Future Prospects :
Full time position on completion of the apprenticeship
