Job Description
You will learn:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and from other service centres
- Processing orders for equipment for hire from customers using various computer packages
- To ensure the accurate and timely completion of all hire contract administration in line with Company procedures
- Making outgoing calls to customers ensuring they are happy with the equipment
- General admin including filing and opening post
- To develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Service Centre Team and other Service Centres in your region
- To adhere and to promote all health and safety compliance standards to ensure a safe working environment
Other responsibilities:
Throughout the course of your apprenticeship we would like to see you develop personally through some of the key challenges outlined below:
- Maintaining Company standards whilst working under pressure
- Resolving customer issues promptly and to the satisfaction of all concerned
- Developing a strong sense of customer ownership, being fully conversant with all aspects of the relevant SLA and customer requirements
- Developing sound product knowledge in order to accurately establish customer needs and up sell, where appropriate
- Work on the hire desk delivering excellent customer service
- Provide advice and guidance to customers to help them hire the correct equipment
- Build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily
- Promote a range of ancillary services and benefits to customer

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
