A highly regarded compliance consultancy firm in the financial services industry is seeking a dynamic and creative graduate with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will focus on analysing regulatory information (primarily from the FCA and European Bank) and build knowledge to assist with client compliance projects and create internet/digital marketing campaigns to attract new client opportunities. You will be confident, computer literate, eager to learn and ready to immerse yourself into a small team and be able to work autonomously and collaboratively, including cross-covering your colleagues in various administrative and IT related support roles.
Job Profile and Person Specification:
To support the business in relation to financial services regulatory compliance and marketing strategy. Identifying and assisting with key client compliance projects and internet marketing programmes and social media initiatives. Be creative and highly organised with strong business acumen. You will be confident in voicing your views and proffering advice within an already established small team and comfortable talking directly to clients and partners on behalf of the business within the financial services industry. This is a demanding support role with high expectations so will suit someone who enjoys a busy and varied role. To work collaboratively and autonomously with internal management and other work colleagues to sponsor and promote the company's business objectives and outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysing regulatory information (primarily from the FCA and European bank);
- Completing regulatory research projects as requested;
- Managing website content, social media sites and other technology platforms;
- Supporting the execution of marketing programmes;
- Assisting the development of marketing tools;
- Assisting with the planning and organisation of client training events;
- Plan targeted marketing campaigns and promotion of the business;
- Maintaining relationships with key clients/customers.
- Web content administration and management;
- Product positioning and management
- Conducting market research and presenting finding to the company Directors;
- Collecting market and compliance/performance information;
- Producing informative reports from analysis of marketing and compliance data.
Qualifications

Educated to degree Level.
This role will suit a recent graduate who is looking to get on the first rung of the ladder and to develop in the financial services industry. - If successful, you must have permission to work in the UK by the start of your employment
