- Liaising with suppliers in respect of purchase orders, payments, etc.
- Liaising with customers in respect of new orders, subscription renewals, etc.
- Assisting with packing & shipping
- Maintaining internal filing system
- Customer database administration
- Stationery ordering and management
- Shredding confidential records
- Assistance with product quality control
- General office duties as required

Skills Required :
- Excellent grammar, spelling and basic maths. Competent Excel and Word skills
