The Apprentice Pastoral Assistant will be part of a Team responsible for the delivery of interventions relating to the welfare and pastoral care of pupils, ensuring such interventions are recorded, monitored and evaluated. 



Main dutes:




  • you will provide administrative support to the Team in meeting the welfare and pastoral needs of pupils giving support and guidance to pupils in key stage 3 and 4

  • you will also need to be confident, assertive and show empathy in dealing with the varying needs of young people; you will be coached and mentored by a senior pastoral leader
