Job Description
Day to day duties will include:
- To assist and support marketing activities as requested
- To provide and present statistical and financial information as requested
- Providing a reception service as and when designated
- Applying for learner certificates
- Registering learners onto the relevant qualifications and programmes Producing reports
- Maintaining filing systems
- Maintaining contract documentation for external and internal policy and procedural requirements
- Conducting documentation checks and audits

- Well presented
- Good telephone manner
- To support a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organisational levels
- To act in accordance with your confidentiality agreement with the company at all times

Future Prospects :
A career path level will be assigned on commencement with GP and will be reviewed annually at appraisal. On completion of the 12 month apprenticeship programme, depending on performance, you may be offered a full time role with GP Strategies.
