Job Description

Hanlon Property Maintenance are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with good personal and communication skills, the ability to show initiative and be successful in a competitive working environment.



Based in a friendly office in the L7 area, we are looking to recruit a Business Administration/Receptionist apprentice to join our team.



The apprentice will support the team with front of house reception, general office duties and dealing with customers on the telephone and face-to-face.



The key elements of this role include:




  • Excellent customer service

  • Reception duties

  • Sending out invoices

  • Responding to general enquiries via telephone or e-mail

  • Support in filling and general office duties

  • Other ad-hoc asks and duties

  • Excellent IT skills and using social media

Must:




  • Be well presented at all times

  • Be punctual

  • Be able to work well in a team

  • Have a willingness to learn all aspects of Business and Administration

  • Have the confidence to use own initiative
