Hanlon Property Maintenance are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with good personal and communication skills, the ability to show initiative and be successful in a competitive working environment.
Based in a friendly office in the L7 area, we are looking to recruit a Business Administration/Receptionist apprentice to join our team.
The apprentice will support the team with front of house reception, general office duties and dealing with customers on the telephone and face-to-face.
The key elements of this role include:
- Excellent customer service
- Reception duties
- Sending out invoices
- Responding to general enquiries via telephone or e-mail
- Support in filling and general office duties
- Other ad-hoc asks and duties
- Excellent IT skills and using social media
