Here at ExCeL London Hospitality, we provide catering services to one of the biggest and most dynamic exhibition centres in the world, the ExCeL!
The primary goal is to aid in the efficient planning and execution of daily services in Retail area at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. Our clients and guests are provided with exceptional service by adhering to the Company's CARE motto, which represents Care, Aspire, Respect, and Engage.
Responsibilities:
· Making sure that all deliveries are promptly and accurately inspected and stored.
· Leading a team, establishing a positive and nurturing environment where team members feel appreciated and empowered.
· Helping with weekly bookkeeping tasks and any additional required responsibilities.
· Ordering inventory to ensure proper stock quantities.
· Assigning tasks to others when needed and making sure the team stays consistently active and forward-thinking.
· Adhering to Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations
· Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Required skills and qualifications:
· Prior experience in managing frontline teams in a comparable setting.
· Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
· Team player and can-do attitude
· Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
