Company DetailsOUR STORY Be At One was founded by Steve Locke, Rhys Oldfield and Leigh Miller in 1998. The three friends, who met bartending, had a vision of a bar that focused on three simple things: great service, great cocktails and a great atmosphere. With £60,000 in car loans, an old Indian restaurant discovered in Battersea, a lot of blood sweat and tears and in May 1998, Be At One was born. BRAND VALUES One guest at a time, they built up a regular stream of followers and by focusing on everyone who visited having a great time, the brand grew from strength to strength. Over 20 years later, Be At One now has 33 bars across the country. One of the keys to the brand success has been employing the right team and making sure they have the same passion for delivering exceptional service and cocktails as the original three boys did.
