Attracting the right talent is key, and as a progressive employer, PwC continues to develop a diverse and agile workforce who feel empowered to be the best they can be. Although some of our events may have a particular focus, anyone from any background can attend.
Our Females of the Future event is designed to help inspire and support you to learn more about PwC and what a potential career in Technology could look like. The programme is open to all, regardless of gender.
The session will help you understand your skills, focus on your core values and how these could relate to your career choice, all whilst learning more about what it's like working at PwC Belfast, from the people who actually work here.
Throughout the session you'll hear from a range of female guest speakers, be inspired by our leaders and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask lots of questions, or just sit back and listen, whichever is your preference. You'll hear about how you can continue to engage with us during and after your time at school or college. Finally, we’ll end by sharing with you our focus on diversity, why it matters so much to us and break down some of the myths around the recruitment process.
