Ready to work abroad? If the thrill of earning a paycheck and traveling at the same time is enticing to you, then welcome to Smaller Earth.

Smaller Earth has been sending individuals on work and travel programs since 1999. What started out as a one-man shop (aka the spare bedroom of our founder's parents' house) now sends over 6,000 people around the world each year. Join the movement (and the fun) by signing up to one of our many programs.

Together with our partners in Canada we work with accredited summer camps all across the country. Most are located in Ontario with the rest spread through Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta. All of the camps are located away from the big cities in beautiful remote areas.

Accommodation varies from camp to camp and can depend on your role. Be prepared to share your space with other staff and campers.

Camps divide their time between active programming and creative programming and evenings are typically spent in all-camp activities or special cabin programming.
