• To assist residents with toileting, continence management and personal hygiene.
• To assist residents with feeding, showing awareness of dietary needs and recording of meals when required.
• To work well with other workers, promoting good team work and good practice.
• To use manual handling equipment safely and correctly.
• To document as required and maintain confidentiality at all times.
