The Director of Studies is responsible for the academic management of the centre and ensuring the teaching and learning component of the programme is delivered to the highest possible standards. A DELTA, Trinity Diploma or MA TESOL (with teaching practice) is an essential requirement as well as the ability to manage and support a team of teachers.
The position of Activity Manager (AM) is a highly responsible and challenging role, suitable only for those with excellent leadership, communication, time management and organisational skills. Activity Managers must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the operational aspects of a residential summer school.
Further to this we are looking for non-teaching Counsellors on our Advanced Studies Program. Counsellors will be responsible for the delivery of a specialist workshop, and therefore must have a background in drama, creative writing, journalism, photography, business or debating. This is a residential role, so Counsellors will also take an active part in pastoral care, activities and excursions.
