Food manufacturer looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to provide office support and to deal with customers / visitors face to face, over the telephone & email.

A growing Yorkshire based Food Production Company looking to recruit an Apprentice Admin Assistant to undertake general admin and reception duties including:

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Dealing with face to face enquiries
  • Signing visitors
  • Contractors in and out of the building.
The role also includes:
  • General administrative work
  • Word-processing
  • Maintaining databases
  • The use of office equipment such as photocopier
  • Franking machine & laminator.
Working in a small team but liaising with all departments of the business.
