Parseq works with over 100 clients, including massive brands, public sector organisations, councils charities and businesses such as Barclays, HSBC, Sainsbury’s, EE, Vodafone, BT, Virgin Media, British Gas, Centrica, the Green Party, Save The Children, Oxfam, Reading Borough Council, Barnado’s, Shelter, WWF and many more.

Parseq services which help organisations acquire new customers and clients include both inbound and outbound sales functions. They can then assist with customer retention by providing inbound customer services. Other services which Parseq offer include invoice processing, credit control, payment processing, data hosting, fundraising, archive scanning, document management and workflow management.

The recruitment process for full and part time Customer Service roles and Customer Acquisition positions at Parseq is a three stage process. First you’ll fill out an online application form after which you might be invited to a 20 to 30 minute telephone interview. If you impress at that stage then Parseq will ask you to go along to one of their assessment centres where you’ll have a more formal interview and take part in a short role play exercise to ascertain whether you are suitable to be offered a job with the call centre company.
