Coffee#1 is a chain of coffee shops with a difference. The company was founded by James Shapland who began investing in stocks with his pocket money at the age of 12. He invested in his own company, Coffee#1, in 2001. Opening its first store in the Welsh capital city of Cardiff the company has continued to expand rapidly and there are now almost 50 stores around Wales, the west of England and the south of England. Coffe#1 is an award winning company, having won ‘Best UK Coffee Chain’ on numerous occasions and it is now owned by fellow Cardiff-based company, Brains, a famous brewing company in the city.

Coffee#1 is a company specialising in serving fine coffees to its customers so students and young people looking for full time jobs and part time jobs with Coffee#1 will be working as part of a team of people who are passionate about coffee and who are passionate about serving coffee to customers.
