From bar staff to betting staff, to chefs and supervisors, we have over 17,000 staff on hand 365 days a year to make any event a success. Arc started as a two-man band set-up in the heart of Liverpool by university friends, Paul Marcinkowski and Michael Gavin. The company has since grown into a nationwide event staffing agency with a team of 35 full time staff and seven offices. Arc’s company values are: We’re honest, we care, we deliver.
