ASK Italian restaurants serve Italian food at over 120 locations across the United Kingdom. They also offer full and part time opportunities for bar work and restaurant jobs to students and other young people in the UK. ASK is now owned by the Gondola Group which also manages the Pizza Express and Zizzi chains of restaurants. It was founded by two brothers, Adam and Samuel Kaye, whose initials inspired the name of the brand. ASK also stands for Authentic Sicilian Cuisine, and the brothers opened the first branded restaurant at Paddington, London in 1993.

Since those early days, the chain has expanding regularly and there are now over ten ASK Italian restaurants in London alone.
