High level soccer organization seeks exceptional people and good soccer coaches to work with a variety of teams including regionally and nationally ranked youth teams, and our senior team franchises (mens and women's) who play in national leagues across the United States.

We have a professional group of coaches, and as well as proficient employees we value quality people who can act as role models and command the respect of players and colleagues. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with outstanding teams at the youth and collegiate levels and beyond, and at the highest levels of the game in the United States.

In addition to working with a variety of youth teams at all levels, we operate our own high level youth club, with regionally and nationally ranked teams, plus four minor league teams playing at the highest level of amateur soccer in the United States.

Highlights
From a professional perspective, our business is not built around camps, so while the three month Fall positions are not necessarily high level, they are team based. All other positions are almost exclusively working with clubs and teams, including game day coaching. Through the variety and constant growth within the company, there are always development opportunities within our organization, demonstrated by an unparalleled retention rate of our staff.
