In-cinema roles at Cineworld can be available on either a full or part time basis, and there is often scope to find work during the summer, Easter or Christmas holidays.
Positions include team members, shift managers, supervisors, operation managers and general managers.
Team member roles are varied but will typically include tasks such as ticket sales, cleaning, customers assistance, selling food and drink and supporting management as and when needed.
Operations Manager roles are also very varied. They may be called up to work on payroll, finance, Health & Safety, stock management, marketing or many more types of support role for the cinema business.
Cineworld looks to develop talent from within, so there is every chance of moving up through the company to more senior roles if you want to stay with them for the longer term. No matter what role you are interested in, and what level you start out at, great customer service skills are obviously key skills you will need for jobs at Cineworld.
