From Apprentice…
Instead of further education, lots of young people want to begin climbing the career ladder after leaving school and The Pret Apprenticeship is a fantastic place to start. Based in a Pret shop, we’ll support and develop you with the skills you need to be a success in the world of work.

to Team Member…
As a Pret Team Member, you’ll not only work hard and make the best sandwiches (using amazing, natural ingredients); you’ll be part of an energetic team, engage with our customers, and have lots of fun too.

to Manager…
We’re always on the look out for great Managers (78% of our managers started as Team Members). It’s a demanding role, but if you’re passionate about food and people, and work well under pressure, it could be the job for you.

and Beyond
We offer training and support to help you develop the skills you need to succeed, along with opportunities to progress into more challenging roles. We run lots of courses at the Pret Academy in Central London and across the UK, and whilst they won’t all teach you how to make sandwiches, they’ll help you make a great start in your career with Pret.

A little bit about the Pret Foundation Trust

The goal of the Pret Foundation Trust is to alleviate poverty in the UK by helping to break the cycle of homelessness. As part of this, the PFT set up our Rising Stars programme, which has helped over 350 people find work, get off the street and start over with a clean slate. After three months of training, our Rising Stars graduate to become fully fledged Team Members with a permanent contract. We’re incredibly proud of our Rising Stars and are always delighted to see someone graduate and move on with their life.
