Whether you’re a university student looking for a job during the holidays or you want to take your first step on to the charity career ladder, Face to Face (F2F) Fundraising jobs are fun and social where no two days prove to be the same. You’ll meet lots of great people and all importantly, the money you will help to raise makes a huge difference to the lives of others.

What is Face to Face Fundraising?
In a nutshell, F2F Fundraising is the art of encouraging and inspiring members of the public to sign up to making regular charitable donations or one-off SMS donations.
Here are four main types of F2F Fundraising:

  • Street: approaching members of the public on the street in designated areas (such as town centres). You will go out in teams but will be talking to people one-on-one.
  • Door to Door: approaching the public at home; as with street, you and your team will be assigned to a specific area.
  • Telephone: working within a call centre, approaching the public over the phone.
  • Private Site: similar to street fundraising but within indoor public spaces, such as shopping centres, events (such as festivals) and stations.
What’s great about Face to Face Fundraising?

It’s sociable! You’ll be working within a fun team with plenty of socials and nights out.
Great working hours: 10am to 6pm or 2pm to 8pm
Perfect pay: You’ll be paid weekly with holiday pay and sometimes added bonuses and incentives!
Career progression: F2F is an excellent starting point for a career in the charity sector and you’ll pick up plenty of transferable skills.
