In 1996, having spent several years working in recruitment for other companies, Mark Bryans felt that the industry and the clients needed something different and decided to set up his own company. Starting from humble beginnings, a small rented office for him and his administrator, he quickly built up a loyal database of clients and set about growing the organisation. New staff, new offices, new divisions, from Regent Street to Wardour Street to Leicester Square and now more recently to Charlotte Street, with his insight and vision, the company grew and built a solid reputation within the Commercial and HR sector. He sold the company in 2007, but when the opportunity arose in 2009, without hesitation, he bought it back!
