In 1996, having spent several years working in recruitment for other companies, Mark Bryans felt that the industry and the clients needed something different and decided to set up his own company. Starting from humble beginnings, a small rented office for him and his administrator, he quickly built up a loyal database of clients and set about growing the organisation. New staff, new offices, new divisions, from Regent Street to Wardour Street to Leicester Square and now more recently to Charlotte Street, with his insight and vision, the company grew and built a solid reputation within the Commercial and HR sector. He sold the company in 2007, but when the opportunity arose in 2009, without hesitation, he bought it back!
Permanent
The permanent division deal with the recruitment of staff for positions covering a broad spectrum of sectors, from entry level junior roles through to Management positions, from office assistants to Board Level Executive Assistants, from post-room assistant to Office Managers. We have a diverse client base: marketing/media, entertainment, public sector, charities, trade bodies, finance, IT, recruitment and publishing to name but a few and deal with large multinationals but will offer the same high standards to smaller organisations with fewer recruitment needs. We cover vacancies throughout the London and Greater London areas but where requested, we have successfully delivered our services further afield.
Temporary
Headway Recruitment has a dedicated and committed Temporaries Division, able to assist at a moment's notice. Headway has been sourcing temporary assignments for candidates since 1996. We have achieved huge success through our inventive and passionate approach to providing the very best temporary staff to our clients.
The temporaries Division is always looking for innovative ways to provide our clients with a higher level of service be it from our breakfast temp service, to our quality assurance system.
Our client base ranges from small boutique companies to FTSE listed organisations; with positions covering both short and long term assignments and including fixed contracts.
Not only do we have huge successes with retaining our clients business, we have increased our instruction levels with many of the major employers of Office Support, through our unique and passionate way of recruiting.
