Junior Consultant Internship - Blue Skies

As a business we are expanding rapidly and are seeking Recruitment Consultant Interns in our Richmond office for a minimum of 3 months with the opportunity of full time work after a successful placement period.

The role of a recruitment intern will provide an opportunity for a bright, ambitious, confident graduate to get first hand experience working in a fast paced professional recruitment environment. You will be working closely with a senior consultant developing candidate attraction methodologies, taking ownership for a pool of your own candidates keeping in regular contact in person and on the phone matching their skills and experience with clients requirements.

You will receive formal Blue Skies training and an opportunity to get first hand experience working for a leading UK marketing recruitment company. A fantastic opportunity to get first hand experience to develop your sales skills and get a taste of what a career in sales looks like. The overall aim of the internship is for the successful candidates to become a permanent member of the Blue Skies Richmond team.

The intern will be paid and the package would increase with bonus on going permanent.
