Care by Us is a family run business dedicated to providing excellent care to its clients who are mainly elderly or infirm. They operate year round and the care they offer includes daily visits to clients that need care by half an hour slots, waking nights and sleepovers as well as full time live in care assistants.
Care By Us regularly recruit for Caring and Support work position that include home carers, support workers, live in carers and companions and night sitters.The company seeks new recruits with a caring nature to work flexibly, making their positions ideal for students or recent graduates alike. As a carer you would work according to a care plan that is tailored to the individual you will care for and be expected to liaise with the Care By Us management staff and keep clear and accurate documentation of your visits and actions undertaken.
Typical care provisions that you will be expected to operate in their roles may include personal care such as bathing, dressing and toileting and moving clients with limited mobility. You may also provide care with domestic tasks such as washing, ironing and cleaning as well as shopping. In some cases it will simply be companionship that clients will require.
For all jobs with Care By Us you will be expected to be compassionate and caring, have good interpersonal and communication skills, be a good time keeper and capable of working alone and taking responsibilities for your actions. All carers must also have a driving licence and their own transport this is essential.Working as a care assistant with Care By Us can be extremely rewarding emotionally, by helping to improve the lives of others and financially with pay per hour starting from £7 per hour Monday to Friday, increasing to over £9.50 per hour for weekends and £14 for bank holidays.
