Manor Adventure have 4 beautiful holiday centres with fantastic facilities:

In England, they have Culmington Manor, a one hundred acre property in South Shropshire which Manor Adventure have been based since 1992.

Further north in South West Scotland, Lockerbie Manor caters for activity hunters in a 78 acre site which is Manor Adventure’s most recent holiday destination.

Powys in Wales is home to the Abernant Lake Hotel, a 55 acre spot which boasts a lake and mountain views.

Finally, for action-seeking holiday makers who fancy a break from the UK, there is the stunning 18th Century Le Château du Broutel in Northern France which caters for close to 30,000 children and teachers each year.

But what if you fancied a graduate job at one of these activity centres so that you could earn decent money whilst making a real contribution to the learning and development of children?

Well, Manor Adventure regularly advertises jobs which are suitable for graduates at each of its four bases. They will consider graduates of all nationalities but do stipulate that a clear and fluent command of English is a must. No previous experience of work in the activity holiday sector is required though.

You could start off as a Multi Activity Instructor on a good salary and gain awards and accreditations along the way. A full training programme is provided and quality instructors often go on to become Senior Instructors, Chief Instructors or even Heads of Centres, so there is certainly the opportunity to progress.

As a Multi Activity Instructor you would typically work six days a week showing children how to enjoy a wealth of outdoor activities in a safe manner. Each day consists of five 90 minute activity sessions and Manor Adventure train you up in a variety of pursuits so that you are not doing the same activities all of the time. Some cleaning duties are also required, but only during the periods where one holiday group or school is leaving to make room for new arrivals.

The great thing for any graduates interested in these Manor Adventure jobs is that in addition to a competitive salary, meals and accommodation are also provided at a very fair ‘live-in’ price.

The Manor Adventure season runs from January through to November and candidates must be able to work for the full eleven months to be considered for these roles. Selection weekends are held on an annual basis to find new recruits.

So, if you fancy an exciting and rewarding job where you can have tons of fun while helping children develop and achieve, then keep a very close eye on any Manor Adventure vacancies which we advertise on the E4S website.
