The company founders James Anderson and Georgina Thompson have a passion for recruitment and development in the Humber and wider Yorkshire region. James and Georgina are the founders of G&J Staffing. A recruitment agency based in Kingston-Upon-Hull that specialised in the Transport industry. After growing the company for four years it quickly became the largest dedicated transport recruitment agency in Kingston-Upon-Hull, serving 90% of the client base in East Yorkshire. They reached this level of success in such a short time because they understood that each individual company has its own set of requirements and needs. With regular visit to clients to give them a better understanding of their business, needs and requirements to be able to supply the best candidates for the role. After the huge success of G&J Staffing, James and Georgina decided to expand their expertise into all sectors of recruitment.
