About us
We publish cognitive ability tests and personality assessments. Our tests are adaptive which means they automatically adjust difficulty as the candidate progresses through the test depending on whether they get a question right or wrong. We use pioneering Item Response Theory to develop our tests so the results are an accurate predictor of job performance.
